This page explains how to request deletion of personal data related to BOSI (https://bosi.ua) and our Meta (Facebook / Instagram) business tools and apps.
How to request deletion
Email us at privacy@bosi.ua with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- your full name;
- email and/or phone used for orders or account;
- order number(s) if available;
- Facebook/Instagram profile link or User ID if the request relates to Meta app data;
- a short description of what you want deleted.
What we will do
- Confirm we received your request (usually within 3 business days);
- Verify your identity where needed to protect against unauthorized requests;
- Delete or anonymize personal data we control, unless we must keep some records for legal/accounting reasons (e.g. invoices);
- Confirm completion by email (usually within 30 days).
Meta / Facebook / Instagram
If you used Meta features connected to BOSI, you can also manage or remove app permissions in your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Deleting data from Meta platforms may also require using Meta’s own tools.
